Jedi Master?
Kazdan is mentioned as a Jedi Master in the Force Unleashed novelization. Vader also tells Starkiller that "Kazdan Paratus is far more powerful than you, I do not expect you to survive." He does not appear in the graphic novel, and I don't know what the game says about him yet, but I think he should be considered a Master. Lightsaber
What became of the lightsaber owned by Kazdan Paratus after his death? The question I'm mean to be asking is, why doesn't Galen Marek collect the fallen Jedi's lightsaber after defeating him?--Maceo 06:01, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

No because in the Ultimate Sith Edition Galen Marek has lots of lightsabers around his belt. One of them is a cut off bit of Kazdan Parutus' staff.

Padawan or Knight?
The Complete Encyclopedia implies that he never attained the rank of Knight: "As a young Padawan, Kazdan Paratus displayed an uncanny aptitude for technology, as well as an aversion to the rigorous physical training required to become a Jedi Knight.
