Poe Dameron

This page could use more information from the Poe Dameron comics. Thanks. Forbodium (talk) 16:42, September 4, 2016 (UTC)

Eye color discrepancy

In the "Personality and traits" section her eyes are listed as black, with a citation pointing at Poe Dameron #1. However, her eye color actually changes throughout the series. Sometimes they're brown, sometimes they're even blue. For instance, in Poe Dameron #31 on page 15, she is shown twice with blue eyes. Then, on page 24 of the same issue, she can very clearly be seen with brown eyes.

And it's not just limited to her. On page 9 of Poe Dameron #31, Jess has blue eyes. Two pages later, they're brown again. These are the instances I have specific citations to, but it actually happens to several characters in several issues in the series. Leia, Snap, Jess, and Kare were the ones I caught, all with the same basic inconsistency: eyes changing between blue and brown.

Snap, Jess, and Leia are all characters who appear in live action with their actors' natural brown eyes, but Kare's visual depictions are mostly in this series, so, as far as I can tell, she doesn't have a canonical eye color, unless there is another source to back it up. • What colour eyes does she have in A Eulogy for Snap? As it's the latest source (both in-universe and real world wise having been released this year), we could cite her eye colour to whatever that source has Lewisr (talk) 20:42, 26 September 2022 (UTC)
    • I just checked, they're blue in that comic. Would it make sense to describe them as blue, cite that as the source and then also clarify that they're sometimes portrayed as black or brown? DietCoke666 (talk) 19:49, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
      • Yes that works, it can just be noted in the BTS section that they were also portrayed as black and brown Lewisr (talk) 21:39, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
