Williams and Madakor

Do we know that Williams and Madakor (not sure if the names have been recanonized or not, but you know who I mean) are part of the Judicial Forces? Can this be inferred from Tarkin somehow, or how do we know this? Otherwise the picture shouldn't be there, and neither should Episode I be listed as an appearance. --79.250.27.7 16:34, July 2, 2016 (UTC)
