It has been confirmed that Inferno Squadron is part of Imperial Special Forces, yet in nearly all articles that Inferno Squadron is in (Appearances sections, character pages, ship pages, etc.) it incorrectly states that it is under the Imperial Navy, which I assume because they use TIE Pilot gear and command a Raider-Class Corvette, yet there has been no information specifying that they are under the Imperial Navy. It has been confirmed by multiple sources that Inferno Squadron is part of Special Forces, not Navy, and I suggest we look deeper into this and make fixes where needed.—Unsigned comment by Vitus Infinitus (talk • contribs)
- They are in both. The original announcement for the book (the source put onto the navy affiliation in the infobox) states that they were specially commissioned by the Imperial Navy. - Tommy-Macaroni

- With the Inferno Squad book giving details on their formation, it looks like they were actually commissioned by the ISB, as Iden's father is working within the ISB command chain. Outlanded (talk) 04:39, July 26, 2017 (UTC)
- I agree, it appears the Navy had nothing to do with them being formed, should it be removed from the page? --Lewisr (talk) 01:04, July 29, 2017 (UTC)
- I should think so. - Tommy-Macaroni

Inferno Squad, not Squadron
Per Janina Gavankar on Reddit, the Infernos are known as "Inferno Squad," not "Inferno Squadron." Cevan (talk) 22:32, July 17, 2017 (UTC)
- Yes that makes sense, it should be moved in that case --Lewisr (talk) 22:34, July 17, 2017 (UTC)
- Looks like we need to wait until Inferno Squad has been deleted first --Lewisr (talk) 22:39, July 17, 2017 (UTC)
Seyn
SPOILERS to those who have found their way here...
Is it worth putting the cross by Seyn's name in the page bio since, of course, she died? Kranitoko (talk) 15:23, October 22, 2017 (UTC)
- I guess we could, though considering everything in Star Wars is in the past eventually everyone dies I'm not sure its entirely needed --Lewisr (talk) 15:27, October 22, 2017 (UTC)
- I think we should. Though everyone of course dies, Inferno could be disbanded or some of the members could leave before they die, so those deaths wouldn't be counted anyway. Know what I mean? -- Dr. Porter

Split request
Regarding the split request at the top of the page, I think we should leave this page as it is because if users search Inferno Squad its better to navigate them here, if we really need to create a new page for the New Republic version then we make that at Inferno Squad (New Republic) and add a youmay template at the top --Lewisr (talk) 15:02, November 12, 2017 (UTC)
- Yeah that idea was my intention. - Tommuskq

Star Wars Legion: Inferno Squad
I was on the website last week, and I came across something. According to the site, Inferno Squad is of course part of Imperial Special Forces, but it says that they are Imperial Special Forces Troopers. I was wondering if I could make an article about this. It gives a brief information about them. --Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 16:08, April 16, 2020 (UTC)
- I don't see why not--Vitus InfinitusTalk 16:16, April 16, 2020 (UTC)
- Okay. I need something to do during this isolation. :3 --Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 16:19, April 16, 2020 (UTC)
