Although hilarious, I suggest we get rid of the picture...--Xilentshadow900 02:07, 17 Nov 2005 (UTC)

You're right... ----Inmobilus 16:22, 19 Dec 2005 (UTC)

I don't. The Errant Venture is, after-all, a red-shaded Star Destroyer. As... silly as it may look, the picture is actually correct. 24.248.66.182 06:08, 2 Jan 2006 (UTC)

  • It's fan-made. Fan art is always removed, no matter how correct it looks. We know it was painted red. Admiral J. Nebulax 12:41, 2 Jan 2006 (UTC)
    • Might be a little late, but I removed it. Admiral J. Nebulax 21:45, 6 Jan 2006 (UTC)
      • I believe the current image is OK. It's not fan-made, just edited out of the Japanese cover of Edge of Victory: Conquest. The original can be found here. —Darth Culator (talk) 23:23, 6 Jan 2006 (UTC)
        • Oops, I've seen a similar image that shows a standard-colored Imperial-class Star Destroyer. I thought someone made it red. Admiral J. Nebulax 00:14, 7 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Whoops, looks I went and messed up the image tags you added, Riffsyphon1024... I'd been experimenting with how to add the image, and you must have edited it while I was doing that. When I finished my edit I though I'd forgotten to remove something.

Feel free to revert to the image style you used if you feel that works better... 000 05:43, 6 Jan 2006 (UTC)

Impstar or Impstar Deuce?

Wasn't the Errant Venture an Imperial II-class? I'm sure I remember Booster calling it an "Imperial Star Destroyer Mark II", which is the same thing. 68.47.234.131 20:42, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

From "I, Jedi":

[Booster Terrik speaking] "Corran, the Eyttymrin Batiiv pirate company died when the two Imp Victory-class Destroyers [the Bombard and the Crusader] hammered them. This is an Imp-star Deuce [the Errant Venture]. The Survivors will cave."

Are there any other sources which refer to the Venture's class? Jibegod 08:42, 6 April 2006 (PDT)

Yes, X-Wing: The Bacta War states that Ysanne Isard's two Imperial Star Destoyers were Deuces.Riddick 15:32, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

Superlaser

Did Booster install a superlaser on the Venture, or not? 71.236.33.191 02:05, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

  • It appears he did install a superlaser, or something very much like a superlaser. See Talk:Darksaber. —Darth Culator (talk) 03:41, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
    • Hrm, was it ever stated which ship was used during the fake firing of the Starlancers? Lalala la 07:04, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
  • In the stats box on the right of the article, there is still a question mark after the superlaser. The article also reflects this station how he may or may not have installed a superlaser. Perhaps we should either remove the question mark or re-word the article to sound more definitive, or remove the superlasersection entirely? It just seems rather un-encyclopedic to see the doubt in the article as we're talking about a ship and not something vague like the nature of the force [Okay, possible a bad comparison given how good a job is done on Wookieepedia, but you all get the idea i think ;)]Riddick 13:28, 31 August 2007 (UTC)

Imperial History

I subdivided the article - adding a section on the ship's time when she was part of the Imperial Navy, and known as the Virulence, and put the remainder about Terrik's ownership into its own section.

Source For The Quote

I have add the source for the Mara Jade's quote in the very beginning of the page. I hope I don't make a mistake... :) 219.95.56.172 07:56, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

  • Good. Eyrezer got one too. Thanks -Fnlayson 14:01, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
