Same as in Thrawn?
Now that we know what the throne room looks like in Thrawn 1, compared to Lando 1, it is drastically different. Either it went through a massive renovation or it is a different throne room.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 04:45, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- I doubt its different room all together, I'd put it down to the fact its a different artist and maybe they weren't aware it had already been illustrated --Lewisr (talk) 04:47, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- It may have been intentional as I believe it is similar in appearance to the throne room in the Legends Shadows of the Empire and Mara Jade comics. Someone with more Legends knowledge should weigh in on that--Vitus InfinitusTalk 04:50, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Here it is: Imperial Throne Room--Vitus InfinitusTalk 04:52, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- It does look pretty similar to that. I wasn't aware that he had more than one throne room in the Imperial Palace in Legends, there is a chance that the same thing happened here --Lewisr (talk) 04:55, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Should we create a new page?--Vitus InfinitusTalk 05:06, February 16, 2018 (UTC)

- Yeah sure!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 05:21, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- This is incorrect to do and its pure speculation of our part, we shouldn't create another article assuming there was another throne room in the Imperial Palace we don't know that. The Thrawn novel occurs way before the Lando comic so there's time for modifications. We shouldn't assume there's another one--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 06:08, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- They are entirely different rooms. Sure it could have been renovated before Lando, but that would also be speculation.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 06:09, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Same assuming that's another, even more speculation is adding "another throne room in the Imperial Palace", we don't know about that we shouldn't assume that's another room. For example have you looked the Lando comic?, does it says that its the Imperial Palace? The Part I never mentions Imperial Palace just Coruscant--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 06:18, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Well then that was a mistake on the editors part that needs to be fixed then. Should I go ahead and change Emperor's throne room (Imperial Palace) to Emperor's throne room (Coruscant)?--Vitus InfinitusTalk 06:22, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Absolutely since that way we don't speculate about the thrones. Since the Lando comic doesn't mention Imperial Palace and neither the building looks like it we should stay with what the comic gives us that is just the planet location and also that way the Thrawn throne room is correct as the Imperial Palace throne room. Just a reminder before rushing in and start moving, creating or assuming look for the sources for clues or details that may have been missed by the initial editors. Even if we think it can be different we shouldn't assume something not clear by the source--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 06:27, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Well I had no way of knowing that Emperor's throne room (Imperial Palace) had incorrect info. Maybe people who own the content should review articles featured in that content from time to time. I'll move the page now--Vitus InfinitusTalk 06:30, February 16, 2018 (UTC)

- No worries Vitus it's all good. How do we know which Throne room Mon Mothma was talking about in Contingency Plan? --Lewisr (talk) 06:31, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Yeah not hard feelings. Its just an advice that will be useful in the future, also if you guys ever encounter something like that and don't have the source don't hesitate to ask someone who owns the media. I own several of them, so anytime leave me a message and I will try to help as soon as possible. For the Certain point of view is there any indication that is refering to the Imperial Palace or just Coruscant?--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 06:35, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Nexus of Power states that there was a throne room in the Temple Spire as noted in the article's page. The one in the Thrawn comic is way too big to fit in there, as is the one in Lando it seems from the image. There may be several throne rooms. And no worries Ruiz!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 06:36, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- After re-reading the section, its the Imperial Palace one as Mon Mothma mentions wondering the Imperial Palace --Lewisr (talk) 06:40, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Now in regards to Nexus of Power, that book, along with all FFG products has been described as "canon-adjacent" by Lucasfilm. In these FFG roleplaying books there are appearances of only canon things and some legends things. One of the biggest problems this site has is our lack of attention on how to categorize that type of material, especially when Lucasfilm is focusing on "points of view" and ambiguity more and more. And nice catch Lewis--Vitus InfinitusTalk 06:41, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- I have 0 idea of how to deal with those kind of books haha --Lewisr (talk) 06:47, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- I think we're all in that position, most, if not all of us, have 0 idea how to properly handle FFG products. I've been talking to ChristopherLeeGallant and some other fellas from Fandom discussions on how to resolve that problem.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 06:53, February 16, 2018 (UTC)

- Coincidentally we started discussing the issue earlier today. Does Jar Jar Blinks has many of these FFG books and there are other users that are part of other communities pitching in. As of right now there are two possible solutions it seems. We're going to draft a detailed CT. These books have crucial and massive information when it comes to canon, and we have unfortunately been neglecting it and have missed out, I'll keep you posted about it, but I don't think that CT will be made soon as we're probably going to be making it detailed and elaborative--Vitus InfinitusTalk 07:01, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Think its more we don't know what to do with them rather than neglecting them but I see what you mean, yeah building a more detailed CT is probably the right way to go about it. Hopefully once you present the CT we'll have a more clearer idea of what to do --Lewisr (talk) 07:09, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
