I don't know where people are getting this "the Purge ended with the death of Ob-Wan" thing anyway. I think the Purge ended with the death of Vader and Palpatine since Luke was also a target. - TopAce 16:12, 2 Dec 2005 (UTC)

Leia says shortly before meeting him, that she wants to return to alderaan as soon the whole thing is over... so i doubt the 'after yavin' part..

I think it should be sorted out. It seems HIGHLY unlikely that he died in 1 ABBY, if Alderaan still existed at the time of his death...

Image Accuracy

The image presented to be Echuu Shen-Jon, though I can't be sure, does not seem correct. It appears to be more of a modern representation or even farce. Is this vandalism or canon? Mordecai 22:10, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Well not the face icon of the game. I don't know the origin of this pic but I think it is from the 'biography' menu of the game. The in-game icon though, shows him as caucassian MoffRebus 23:15, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
    • Yes, it's from the Databank section of the game; however, the icons from the game and expansion are both caucasian.A knight shall come 04:16, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
      • Caucasian? Are there any Caucasians in space? :-P No, seriously, I never thought of him as Caucasian-looking, and the in-game images didn't really seem Caucasian to me. I've always pictured hims a having Asian features, maybe because of the databank image and because his accent sounds a bit Japanese. His name also sounds kinda Asian. Anyways, since this image is the one from the game's encyclopedic databank section, I guess we can assume that that is indeed his canonical appearance. BTW, can anyone upload an in-game image of him?       • Well, yes, I could, but GB images are terribly low-resolution, and it would be a step down from the pic we alredy have. You'd just see a guy in a robe with a lightsaber, and his face would be three or four pixels. He speaks with a low, resonant voice, and his mild accent emerges mostly when he's more emotional.

What's the quote from? If it's from the game I can make it an audio clip. But I guess you already have two of those. We can actually hear the voices of quite a few characters from GB. -Aiddat 16:39, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

• I added the quote. It's an in-game quote from the scenario where you have to recover the Vor'Na'Tu from the Imperials. At the end, Echuu confronts Vader and is slain.Enochf 17:06, 17 July 2006 (UTC)

What the??

He died in 1 ABY?? So what's this "he's our only hope" thing Ben says to Yoda?? Were there other Jedi alive during the OT or not??? Maybe Ben and Yoda didn't know, but I think it spoils everything. Klow 16:20, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

Profile picture

• It's the picture supplied in Galactic Battlegrounds. Seeing as the game originally only featured Shen-Jon as an exile on Krant, it can be assumed (though not factually stated) that they're less Jedi robes and more like whatever clothing Shen-Jon could obtain on Krant. While it probably is a low-budget photo of a staff member, that's more or less what we have for Shen-Jon. As such we can use it as an official image of Shen-Jon. That's all that's going on, really.
