Death Watch Symbol
What in the world is with the main image on this page? Did a 4 year old draw it?—Unsigned comment by 108.11.41.146 (talk • contribs)
- If you have a better image of the symbol feel free to upload it. Please remember to sign your name with three or four tildes. For more information please check the Wookieepedia:Signature policy.-Harshg (talk) 10:35, February 17, 2017 (UTC)
- Not to mention it's what it looks like in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and was originally sourced from Jango Fett: Open Seasons. --Lelal Mekha

Death Watch and Din Djarin
Ok, so, was Djarin rescued by DW BEFORE Maul took over? Because the mandos wee see in the Mandalorian Season 1 flashbacks are wearing armor that resembles Pre Viszla's Death Watch the most, let's remember that after Maul took over they wore red and black armor, and Bo-Katan adopted the Nite owls symbol and color scheme for her mandalorian resistance group. The most logical time period for Death Watch to be fighting the CIS and rescuing orphans in the process would be after Dooku angered Viszla by failing to incite conflict on Mandalore and before Maul defeated Veiszla in a duel, effectively seizing control of the terrorist group.
Either that, or there was a third branch of DW members that chose not to join Maul or Bo-Katan and kept using the old DW symbol and colors.
The way this article is written makes it seem that Din Djarin was rescued by DW after it split into at least two factions, I know there is no official info regarding the exact date or period of time when that event occurred, but whatever the case is, those are my two hypotheses. --Serge64 (talk) 20:22, September 6, 2020 (UTC)
- As you note, we just don't know when the events of the show's flashback occur, only that they happen sometime during the Clone War. So the placement in the article is mostly arbitrary. We'll need some more information from LFL before we can have a solid idea of where to place it. RattsT (talk) 20:29, September 6, 2020 (UTC)
Main image
The main image was removed because it was a "Legends image." Didn't it appear on the Death Watch troopers in the flashback (Mandalorian 1x8)? --Potsk (talk) 09:22, 30 April 2022 (UTC)
- The symbol may have, I don't remember. But if the image was from a legends source it doesn't matter if the same symbol is canon. VergenceScatter (talk) 20:16, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
