Cover
Is this the cover for 7? I saw on twitter that this is for Vader #8, but not sure--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 18:05, August 22, 2017 (UTC)
- https://jedi-bibliothek.de/2017/08/marvel-star-wars-comics-november-2017/ I tend to agree with you --Lewisr (talk) 18:08, August 22, 2017 (UTC)
Name of the Issue
So is it the Dying Light or Legacy's End?Jkirk8907 (talk) 06:53, October 27, 2017 (UTC)
- I imagine we go with what the comic says, if it needs moving again afterwards then so be it --Lewisr (talk) 07:47, October 27, 2017 (UTC)
"Made up characters"
When did it become custom to disregard character names printed in canon sources as not worthy of articles? Yeah someone associated calls them "easter eggs", but so what? Wasn't the inclusion of Aayla Secura in the Prequels and Easter Egg? He says not to make an article speculating that they are characters in sequel trilogy on twitter...he can't really say not to create an article.Purpilia (talk) 19:37, December 7, 2017 (UTC)
- Absolutely. What Martin meant is that the presence of these names does not hint at future stories, especially not the remainder sequel trilogy. But of course they should each have an article. --Lelal Mekha

- If you read further into the conversation, Matt literally said they're not real. See this tweet. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 00:19, December 12, 2017 (UTC)
- Yes I agree with Brandon these 3 characters do not exist in any continuity in Star Wars. Kule Xandar was named after a "cool" planet from Guardians of the Galaxy these are just easter eggs. I have already noted in the BTS section of the magazine the names of the characters and that's as far as we can go.--Vitus Infinitus (talk) 00:23, December 12, 2017 (UTC)
- All right then. If it's the Word of Saint Paul, I'll have to rest my case. (But that's an immensely bizarre thing to say. Obviously, the mention of "Arthurian delegates" in that Forces of Destiny episode is also an Easter Egg of some kind, but surely that shouldn't prevent anyone from using these guys in a future story.) --Lelal Mekha

- Well there's different types of easter eggs, like the Millennium Falcon spotted in the background Episode 3 so maybe the Arthurians are an easter egg but that doesn't mean they can't be part of star wars continuity, sort of like the Asogians, but if LSG goes out of their way to explicitly say they're not real then we have to follow that. I was hoping that they were "real" but they're not unfortunately--Vitus Infinitus (talk) 00:31, December 12, 2017 (UTC)
- The difference is that the actual published and canon material has the names obscured by lettering. In the published material, it was never meant to be seen. Your confusion stems from trying to treat Twitter posts as canon, rather than (in this case in particular) what it really is: a "hey, look at this neat thing!" post. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 00:33, December 12, 2017 (UTC)
- Hey, we have an easter egg template. Why not just add that to the article and call it good? -

- It's in the BTS of the comic but if people think it's necessary then cool--Vitus Infinitus (talk) 00:38, December 12, 2017 (UTC)
- It's not necessary. The only source for the name comes from Twitter (from a Marvel editor, not a Story Group member), and it was never approved by the Story Group as being a real thing. Not everything needs an article, and this whole conversation is reflective of a desire to add literally everything as a page. We need to move on from this. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 00:39, December 12, 2017 (UTC)
- Totally agree--Vitus Infinitus (talk) 00:42, December 12, 2017 (UTC)

Grammar Error
In the Vader's new mission section, the sentence "she attaches lightsaber to her belt" doesn't sound right, I recommend the word "her" be typed between "attaches" and "lightsaber".72.211.66.45 21:48, 27 September 2021 (UTC)
