Jedi?

He's categorized under Jedi, but I don't think he actually was one. He got the lightsaber from a Jedi knight.. --Juha 07:08, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

He may not be force sensitive but he is acting like a jedi and obeyed their code therefore he could be considered a jedi.

Long time coming, but are you referring to when Darca lived? In the individual Tales comics, it places this story at about the same time as Episode I. Cull Tremayne 06:40, 9 April 2006 (UTC)

In the Tales TPB, the story is placed after the Darth Maul story. However, I'm pretty sure the two Old Republic stories are out of order. The comic has the Rise of the Empire symbol, so it's between 1,000-0 BBY. The star cruisers look simmilar to the Ep. II/III star destroyers, but I don't think they're them. Personally, I would have placed this story around 1,050 BBY. --Etapelba 19:23, 21 April 2006 (UTC)

My bad, I should've read the table of contents. It shows that the story is six months prior to ten years after TPM. Does that mean that it took ten years for Darca to track down Lycan? I assume that it took Darca quite some time to be able to use a lightsaber well enough to be able to deflect blaster bolts, especially since he's not Force-sensitive. --Etapelba 02:17, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
Most of the Mercenary life things are assumptions from the images... Darca being cool and collective during battle with his comrades, i.e. Experience, His battle wounds shown in some other panels... --Razzy1319 03:34, 22 April 2006 (UTC)

    - It isn't just conjecture, I pieced it together from all the flashbacks, maybe I was too liberal in adding that he "joined at an early age" or that he was in charge of D'lew and Garrett's air corps, but the comic does suggest it. I think that events in paragraph about Darca's mercenary life are misplaced. When Nyl is trying to save Garret, he has a vision of Neas, asking him if he is all right. Therefore, this action must have taken place after Nyl's son death, while article suggests it happened before Darca's marriage. 83.5.159.109 21:31, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
