When did D-2B8 first show up? Did the writer(s) deliberately name this astromech after R2-D2 and BB-8? --173.67.42.107 17:36, 11 March 2025 (UTC)

typos?

The pages for D-2B8 and AG-11 both have AG-11 saying "Agee counterpart unit D-2B8 = served aborad patrol frigate Toron Voq // D-2B8 = desroyed"

Should aborad say aboard?

Should desroyed say destroyed?

Honestly my first guess was that Agee was showing signs of damage, being unable to speak clearly.

My second guess was that a Wookieepedia editor made a few typos.

My third guess was that Agee was like Yoda, Jar Jar Binks, and D-0: able to speak Basic, but not speaking it quite like the majority of main characters.

My fourth guess was that Wookieepedia has transcribed typos included in Star Wars: The Old Republic — [INTRO] Flashpoint: The Red Reaper.

So, are those typos we should fix, or clues about AG-11?

  • It would be worth checking the source as to whether they are misspellings present in the source or just an error when being added onto the site Lewisr (talk) 17:38, 11 March 2025 (UTC)
  • Just checked. "Agee" is not a typo, but "aborad" and "desroyed" are. I'll fix that real quick. Also FYI, "Agee" just means "AG"AwesomeMutation (talk) 18:06, 11 March 2025 (UTC)
