Four siblings exactly, or perhaps more?

Is it mentioned that the four Palpatine killed were his only siblings? We know the Emperor had a grandniece, Ederlathh Pallopides, which means he must have had at least one surviving brother or sister. Does the book state he killed them all? LelalMekha 15:06, December 29, 2011 (UTC)

  • As far as I'm aware he murdered at least four of them. I don't think there is any specific mention of a surviving sibling but the family had a distaff line, and Cosinga was definately the type of man to have a mistress... Jayden Matthews 15:16, December 29, 2011 (UTC)
    • Either that, or Pallopides is an impostor. Quite improbable, though ; if she was a sham, Palpatine would have known it. It seems that in later times, Palpy changed his mind about his family, as he married several of his male or female relatives with high rankings officers (instead of plain killing them). 85.201.126.113 15:24, December 29, 2011 (UTC)
      • It was only his imediate family that he despised. He was proud of his noble heritage, which is why he kept his last named, but dropped his first name to spite his father. Jayden Matthews 15:28, December 29, 2011 (UTC)

Infobox

I'm not sure if the current infobox is the right one for Cosinga (it definately isn't the right one for his wife). He actively opposed Naboo's intergration into the Republic, and died before it became a reality. Although the plain individual infobox is a bit nondescript, perhaps we could create a politician/bureaucrat one? It would be used by all non-Republic politicians and Outer Rim world leaders. Vaklu, all of Naboo's previous monarchs, and many, many others. Thoughts? Jayden Matthews 10:42, March 15, 2012 (UTC)

  • You are right, he is against Republic integration, so he shouldn't count as a "Republic guy." I like the infobox idea, seeing as characters like the ones you mentioned (plus Xim and Boss Nass and big-time leaders and politicians like that) have plain boxes. But I haven't the foggiest about how to implement it. --R5-X41238-G8-R3-3124-D2 17:14, March 15, 2012 (UTC)
    • Done. A vote wasn't needed, apparently. Jayden Matthews 18:23, March 15, 2012 (UTC)
      • His wife needs a plain box, though. She is no bureaucrat as far as we know, and seeing as she has to five or more kids to raise, she is probably just a stay-at-home mom. --R5-X41238-G8-R3-3124-D2 19:04, March 15, 2012 (UTC)
