Necessity?
I toyed with TCing this, but I figured I'd post here first. Should this article exist? This seems to sort of cross the line for me. It's not a battle, or a mission...it's not even a duel. It's a "confrontation." It's a killing. Should we have [[Confrontation on Coruscant]] for Justice Jedi's death? [[Altercation on Coruscant]] for the beginning bit of X-wing: Iron Fist? [[Incident at the Mos Eisley Cantina]]? What's the difference between this and those? Do bar brawls, shove-matches, arguments and every other kind of physical altercation deserve an article? -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 12:03, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
You have a point, but I think it is a necessity because this incident was far more important than any of those you mentioned. It led to the belief of the Jedi that the Sith were finally extinct. Without the success of this event, the Sith most likely would have been destroyed, and many VERY important future events (such as the Invasion of Naboo, Clone Wars, Order 66, etc.) would never have occured. In this way, I believe this event is very important.--Jonjedigrandmaster 13:00, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
