How canon are the closed Phase II helmets? In Clone Wars animated series ARC-170 pilots wear them, and in so does the V-Wing pilot in Revenge of the Sith Incredible Cross-sections (in this picture). 85.157.87.118 07:05, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

Do clone trooper pilots pilot all Republic Vehicles, both space-based and ground based, or only flying craft?

So when piloting a ground vehicle, would they wear the same armor as clone pilots flying ARC-170s?

Easter Egg!!!!???

Click on the picture on the bottom of the page and go to the highest resolution. If you look carefully, it kind of looks like the pilot behind him is wearing glasses!!!!!!!!!! Could this be an easter egg!!!!!??????--Sugarfreak50 03:12, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Yellow Markings

Deviousgrievous 06:18, 8 February 2008 (UTC)I know Star Wars: Battlefront isn't the greatest work of canon, but I've notice that in the first game, as well as several Hasbro toys, the pilots had the yellow sleeve markings of phase-1 commanders. Now, the render at the top of the article shows no markings on the arms, and neither do any of the shots in the movie, but I was wondering if there's been any commander/pilots shown in any star wars comics, or if it's just a blunder on Pandemic and Hasbro's behalf.

  • I haven't played the first Battlefront, but the toy was just part of a set of figures that was released in different colors. One had "yellow" troopers(Ep II Commander, Ep III Felucian trooper, Orange-pauldron Sandtrooper), and one had "white/gray" troopers(Ep II Trooper, Ep III Coruscant Trooper, White-pauldron Sandtrooper). In both sets, the Ep II trooper had an alternate pilot helmet as an extra, but only the white one is accurate. The original clone pilot figure from 2002 was all-white too.InSaneWeTrust 05:08, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

Rankings

  • Do clone pilots follow the same rank hierarchy as standard troopers in the GAR? NighthawkLeader 07:56, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
    • Judging from the books(RC: Triple Zero, Labyrinth of Evil, etc), I don't think so. I believe they're all just "normal" clone troopers who are given different training from birth. So I don't think there are blue-trimmed lieutenant pilots or anything like that, if that's what you're asking.InSaneWeTrust 05:15, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

Vehicles...?

Should we add some more vehicles to the clone pilot's vehicles list, like the AT-TE, All Terrain Open Transport, Infantry Support Platform, All Terrain Attack Pod, High-Altitude Entry Transport-221, TX-130 Saber-class fighter tank, TX-130T fighter tank, HAVw A5 Juggernaut, HAVw A6 Juggernaut, Republic Troop Transport (Clone Wars era) and BARC speeder and a few other ones.--ARC commander4 19:26, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

  • I added these vehicles anyway, because i think the do use and have them.--ARC commander4 20:30, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

Grey marked pilots

It should be noted you can see pilots with grey markings on their helmet in "The Clone Wars" driving AT-TEs.
