I'm just watching the audio commentary for A New Hope from the Limited Edition DVD (from, I don't know, 2006 or so). Carrie Fisher is one of the people talking, and she says when she first got the script she read it out loud with a friend, and that initially both she and her friend wanted to be Han Solo. I thought it was a neat tidbit, but I don't know if it's the kind of trivia you tend to put in your articles. -- Supermorff 09:49, March 26, 2011 (UTC)
Affair?
"while Fisher admitted she had a crush on Ford and spent much time with him off camera, she denies having had an affair with him." - the source isn't provided to support this claim (i.e. that she "denied"), I went through all of the external links but was unable to find anything on the matter. Would you be so kind to list it so that I & others could make sure of the claim on their own? By the way, Garry Jenkins (or whatever his name is) in his "Empire building" and John Baxter claim that there indeed was kind of off-screen romance between them. It looks odd that stating she "had a crush" on Ford she supposedly makes it come with a "denial" of their liaison. Did she really could't stand against his charm (what she confirmed numerous times) and - together with that - not to enter "an affair" with a hero of those days hits like "American Grafitty" and "Indiana Jones"? It turns out quite contrary judging from her own statements made during C4 show "Bring Back . . . Star War":

If you dislike the very idea or think the reports are flimsy in spite of numerous independent proofs then why just not mention at all? However if it's me who do you think is incorrect please feel free to come with counterarguments. Greetings and May the Force be with you! ```` —Unsigned comment by 78.56.197.56 (talk • contribs)

Lucasfilm CJR
I just read a statement that Lucasfilm are not going to be using Carrie Fisher's CJRd face in Star Wars: Episode IX. What do you guys think? Please reply below. AdamSci-Fi (talk) 10:20, January 14, 2017 (UTC)
- I don't think it's notable. If they were we could mention it but I see no reason to include the fact they won't in the article. Overlordjeff (talk) 16:25, January 14, 2017 (UTC)
