Title - Invasion/Battle of Naboo?

  • The slash looks bad. I'd suggest putting it at Invasion of Naboo if we want to be picky, or Battle of Naboo if we want the more popular term. — Silly Dan

I think there should be two separate articles: one titled Naboo conflict or Naboo crisis, and the other about the battle itself. - Sikon [Talk] 04:10, 18 Oct 2005 (UTC)

Wikipedia Version

  • Someone replaced this entire article with the Wikipedia version. Please don't do this, as it destroys any wookification already done and reinstates outdated templates. Droid Army

Are there any official numbers for how many droids the Trade Federation had in this battle? If a single Lucrehulk-class Core Ship can carry 66 million B-1 battle droids, presumably a complete Lucrehulk-class battleship can carry even more. But even taking into account the incompetence of B-1s, it's hard to believe the Gungans could last for as long as they did against hundreds of millions of the things. 68.47.234.131 06:37, 18 March 2006 (UTC)

"Major Galactic Conflict"?

While this conflict certainly had important ramifications, the term "Major Galactic Conflict" seems to me to imply that the particular conflict would send the entire galaxy to war (if not actually occurring in multiple places, at the very least causing significant military contributions from the entire galaxy). This crisis was averted before the Republic had mobilized for war--it was hardly done with the committee hearings! It was really little more than a local conflict (Sidious' manipulations aside) which happened to include players who would rise to importance later on and underscored the incompetence and corruption surrounding Vallorum.

battles

I don't know where these should go but there are battles missing that were part of the skiermsh on naboo, even if it wasn't part of naboo. there was the raid on Eos by Nym, Vana Sage and Rys Dallows. and what about the battle of lok when nym's base got cooked or the missons on naboo which gave supplys or rescured people. these are important to naboo but i don't know where they should belong and not even sure if they were created yet 72.230.40.84 03:59, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

Battles

I added new info to the "Invasion of Naboo" template and matched all battles together. But this article needs information about Gavyn's and Rhys' exploits. Also there are many battles from "Starfighter" missing, like battles of Lok and Eos. QuiGonJinn 14:03, 7 September 2008 (UTC)QuiGonJinn

Anakin as a commander?

I know this isnt on this topic but shouldnt Sab'e be on the commander list?

No he can't. As you stated he is just a kid at the time and he holds no official rank at the time of the battle. That and he got to the battle by accident. --Admrial Thrawn 08:42, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
