Imperial victory?

Considering the substantial losses the Imperials sustained, and the lack of succeeding at their ultimate task, how would this be an Imperial Victory? Doesn't make sense to me.--JuiceStain Rock on! Epiphone sg-black 22:55, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

Timeline

The prelog to the mission states that Madine defected from his unit in 1.8 ABY, before this event took place. How is this in line with the battle taking place in 0 ABY? What factors tie the two events to their relative dates?

Corellian Batteries

Let's be clear, these defense turrets in the level are LOCAL CORELLIAN BATTERIES. There is now way the rebels could set up permanent turrets surrounding the city at such short notice.
