So, how do we know it's set in 1 ABY? Can someone please explain? Wabble33 (talk) 01:48, February 8, 2018 (UTC)
- 1 ABY is just an approximation, but issue 43 says the Empire's been around for "twenty years." - Cwedin(talk) 01:50, February 8, 2018 (UTC)
- Do you think you could prepare some kind of dating citation for the post-ANH comics up to this point? - AV-6R7Crew Pit 02:24, February 8, 2018 (UTC)
- I could draft something up, but I don't think it would be very useful. We don't know the relation between Empire Day and the Battle of Yavin, so we can't definitely say whether the ongoing comics are in 0 or 1 ABY. However, we do know that Star Wars 1–19 and Darth Vader 1–25 are in 0 ABY, since Vader 25 dates itself to "months" after Vader 1. - Cwedin(talk) 03:06, February 8, 2018 (UTC)
- I've been working on something like this for a while. I'll have it u on my user page in the next couple of days so we can get a better idea of time passage. –Nivlacanator(talk) 06:39, February 8, 2018 (UTC)
- If the Mission to rescue C-3PO was 1 ABY, how come this is 0 ABY?SuperFeatherYoshi (talk) 09:04, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
- Per the citation next to the date, this is the reasoning. "Star Wars: Battles that Changed the Galaxy dates the mutiny on Mon Cala to nineteen years after the formation of the Galactic Empire, which Star Wars: Galactic Atlas dates to 19 BBY. As the mutiny also takes place after the Battle of Yavin—set at the end of 0 BBY by Galactic Atlas—it must therefore take place in 0 ABY. The Battle for Jedha takes place between the Battle of Yavin and mutiny on Mon Cala, therefore placing it in 0 ABY." Supreme Emperor Holocomm 09:35, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
