AT-ACT

I know that the trailers clearly show the At-AT's bigger cousin, the AT-ACT, but the Scarif DLC livestream that ran yesterday said that AT-ATs would be in Rogue One too. Should we wait for the movie to confirm or refute this? Ggctuk (talk) 00:08, December 4, 2016 (UTC)

  • Yeah I think we should wait. We'll know for sure soon! -Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (Talk) 09:30, December 4, 2016 (UTC)

The ones in Rebels are a different type

As indicated in the trivia gallery for "Relics of the Old Republic," the AT-AT appearing in Rebels are larger than the ones seen in the OT, and thus a different model type. Shouldn't we create a separate article? --Lelal Mekha The Uprising crest (Audience Room) 09:23, January 29, 2017 (UTC)

There seems to be a scene in Rogue One where a member of the strike team refers to an AT-ACT as an "at-at", which would seem to be the one time it is ever mentioned as such. It's hard to tell during the action of the scene(it was brought to my attention by CinemaWins on YouTube), can anyone else confirm or deny it? Unsigned comment by SAMAS (talk • contribs)

Shields?

Is it just me or does it feel like AT-ATs have some sort of energy shield at least in Star Wars Rebels Unsigned comment by Hoboland (talk • contribs)

AT-ATs do not have shields, no variant I know of has had any shields equipped on it. Normally you'll see aircraft/spacecraft with shields. This is because these a normally much smaller than an AT-AT, so they require a smaller shield generator. Applying a shield to an AT-AT will remove lots of space in the troop transport compartments, and it is difficult to implement because of factors from the shield touching the ground, and troops needing to go in and out of the shields. Thus, AT-ATs are given heavy armor capable of soaking up blaster shots and quite a few cannon shots. Inquisitor of the Imperium (talk) 15:30, 4 February 2021 (UTC)

AT-AT as First Order vehicle.

Should we add AT-AT as First Order vehicle? Cause they showed up in Toys R US poster with AT-M6 [1] Unsigned comment by DN345Real (talk • contribs)

  • I don't think that's intended to mean they are a First Order vehicle, think if anything its more for comparison or to look cool --Lewisr (talk) 16:20, September 1, 2017 (UTC)
  • Well. They showed up in Lego pictures in background with AT-M6 and considering that first order using Empire upgraded vehicles as Tie-Fighters and Bombers and Director ILM Desing of The Last Jedi Vehicles said that they could use AT-AT as Scout walkers for AT-M6 Im standing in that AT-AT will be as First Order Vehicles and they will be in Episode 8. New article

Because we have Unidentified All Terrain Armored Transport model, how would people feel about completely spitting in this article by having a new article (something like All Terrain Armored Transport (Galactic Civil War)) and moving the other one to All Terrain Armored Transport (original). That would make more sense in my eyes, as they are obviously different models, and it seems strange to only have a specific page for one. This main page could then serve as the 'line' for both, similar to the ISDs. - Tommy-Macaroni Imperial Emblem (Talk) 20:26, October 2, 2017 (UTC)

Clone Wars

According to Star Wars: The Last Jedi: The Visual Dictionary, the AT-AT dates back to the Clone Wars. Is this something that should be mentioned? Ggctuk (talk) 22:58, December 23, 2017 (UTC)

What needs to be updated, and what needs to be expanded?

1. What needs to be updated and why because it’s not like a lot has changed since the last edit a week ago? Unless an AT-AT was in season 2 episode 12 of The Mandalorian and I forgot it. 2. What needs to be expanded? 3. Where the heck do I begin? TIE Hunter (talk) 06:39, 25 November 2020 (UTC)

New Source for Manufacturer (?)

The official UCS-series LEGO set for the AT-AT (75313) comes with a display plate that confirms that it is manufactured by Kuat Drive Yards, can it be a secondary source or is the Facebook post already very direct? ChocolateAvian (talk) 18:07, 25 February 2023 (UTC)

  • Doesn't really seem necessary to add another source to it, the current one is fine as it is Lewisr (talk) 19:24, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
