Talar was a material that could be used to tip arrows used with bows.[1] By 2 ABY,[2] Kiran Tatch, a Tunroth member of the Tunroth Hunters cultural group and the bounty hunter group known as the Granse Confederacy who preferred to use low-technology weaponry, used talar-tipped arrows with his klirun bow for stunning his targets.[1]
