The Talaos City Medallion was an honorary award that was typically bestowed upon the most upstanding citizens of the planet Makeb's Talaos City. During the Conquest of Makeb, Imperial forces on the world gave out the medallion to their most distinguished operatives.

The Talaos City Medallion appears in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game Star Wars: The Old Republic as a reputation trophy. It could be rewarded to players who completed certain Imperial bonus missions on the planet Makeb, and was introduced in Rise of the Hutt Cartel, a 2013 digital expansion to the video game.
