TK-790 was a member of the Galactic Empire's Stormtrooper Corps.[2] In 3 ABY,[3] they were stationed on the Outer Rim jungle planet Akiva.[2]

That year,[3] the stormtrooper reported a class one violation involving the thief Kay Vess to Imperial dispatch on Akiva. The dispatcher responded by ordering the trooper to take down the thief at all cost.[2]

TK-790 is identified by the Imperial dispatcher comm messages as part of the wanted system in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, which was developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The trooper's comm message to Imperial dispatch has a chance to be heard when the player becomes wanted by the Empire while on Akiva.[2]
