TK-28599 was a human member of the Galactic Empire's Stormtrooper Corps[2] in 3 ABY.[3] During which they were station on the Imperial Fuel Station Visavi in orbit over the Outer Rim moon Toshara. That year, a disturbance near the station's cargo bay prompted an Imperial officer aboard the station to dispatch them to investigate.[2]

TK-28599 is mentioned the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws which was developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. In the game, they are mentioned during the main quest "False Flag".[2] On September 1, 2025, Acke Hallgren, a quest designer on Star Wars Outlaws, expressed their appreciation for this article in a post on social media site Bluesky as well as revealed that TK-28599 was their Stormtrooper alter ego[4] in the Star Wars fan organization, 501st Legion.[5]
