The TCF32 Carbonite Encasement Apparatus was a device used for carbon freezing. It emitted coolant fumes which were rumored to have a mildly euphoric effect on Ugnaughts.[1] One TCF32 was used on Cloud City to encase Han Solo and in a failed attempt to encase Luke Skywalker in carbonite.
