TASCHEN is an art book publishing company founded by Benedikt Taschen and based in Cologne, Germany.[2] Self-described cultural archeologists, TASCHEN was founded in 1980,[1] and has published author Paul Duncan's two volumes on the making of George Lucas' Star Wars saga—2018's The Star Wars Archives: Episodes IV–VI, 1977–1983[3] and 2020's The Star Wars Archives: Episodes I–III, 1999–2005.[4] The two volumes were compiled in 2025 with The Star Wars Archives: Episodes I–VI, 1977–2005.[5]
