T4-B4 was an astromech droid affiliated with the Galactic Republic stationed near the dead forest of Ossus during the Invasion of Ossus. The droid discovered that the Imperial forces were jamming signals with jamming devices, making it difficult for the Jedi and local colonists to coordinate defenses and counter-attacks.[1]
