Sylvain Neuvel is a Quebecer science fiction author. He has a Ph.D. in Linguistics and works as Director of translation services and a software engineer for a Montreal company.[2] Neuvel wrote "TK-462," a short story set in the Star Wars universe that was released on June 7, 2016 as part of Star Wars Insider 166.[3] His novel Sleeping Giants was released in April 2016 by Del Rey in North America.[2]
