By 3 ABY,[3] a humanoid merchant named Raiva Melin sold Susurra-weave for 1400 credits per unit from their shop in Thermal District of Kijimi City.

In 3 ABY, Kay Vess bought a unit of susurra-weave to improve her boots with the help of Temmin Wexley.[2]

By 28 ABY,[4] Kuruk, a member of the Knights of Ren wore a black coat made susurra-weave fabric.[1] He continued to wear the coat up until his death on Exegol[5] in 35 ABY.[6]

Behind the scenes

Susurra-weave first appeared though unidentified as the fabric used in Kuruk's coat in a vision shown in the 2015 film Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens directed by J.J. Abrams.[7] It was later shown properly in the 2019 film Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker also directed by J.J. Abrams.[8] It was first identified as susurra-weave in the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary reference book released along the film.[1]
