Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This building was the headquarters of the Sugi crime lord Faazah. Darth Vader and Moff Wilhuff Tarkin went to the building to get a ship from Faazah after the Carrion Spike had been stolen. After threatening to kill the Sugi's family, they took possession of his ship, the Parsec Predator. After killing the crime lord, they later returned with a squadron of stormtroopers to kill the Sugi's underlings.[1]
