Straden was a female Human general in the Republic Army before joining the radicalized Order of Revan during the Galactic War. Straden was among the Revanite commanders who led the Revanite forces in defense of the Temple of Sacrifice during the battle on Yavin 4, and was slain on the grounds of the Imperial Guard Academy by forces from the Imperial-Republic coalition.[2]

General Straden appears in Star Wars: The Old Republic: Shadow of Revan, a 2014 Digital Expansion for the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, and is one four named enemies that must be defeated by players in the mission "The Enemy Within". Though her armor makes it impossible to identify her gender or species in-game, her NPC identifies her as female and Human.[2]
