The Storm Carrier was a hoverbarge converted into a warship by the mercenary force, InterStellar Regulators. Hired by the Hutt Cartel during their occupation of Makeb, the Regulators' vice-commandant used the warship as his main base of operations. A Republic strike force took the carrier down due to the mercenaries' actions in the occupation hindering the Republic rescue effort.
