Steve Palpatine was an individual who was an extraordinaire at plumbing.[1] Between 4 ABY and 5 ABY,[2] an entry for Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine in The Official Stormtrooper Training Manual clarified that the two Palpatines were distinct individuals.[1]
