Stephen Calcutt credited (as Stephen Culcutt) by John Mollo as portraying the character, which is referred to as the "Fly," in the 1979 book The Art of Star Wars, but the actor's name is crossed out.[1] According to call sheets, he was a stand-in for Mike Carter as Bib Fortuna in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.[2]
