Starsh was a Chiss Ascendancy ensign during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Starsh sent a transmission to the Chiss Aristocra Saganu of House Miurani, who was stationed, along with a portion of the Chiss Expansionary Defense Force, at Zero Station on the planet Hoth in 3642 BBY.
