The Star of Coruscant was a superdreadnaught serving in the Republic Navy during the Great Galactic War.

Description

The ship was enormous in size and was equipped with both experimental weapons and technology.[2]

History

The ship was created under the supervision of Colonel Omas. It was targeted specifically by the reconstituted Sith Empire and defeated in the Battle of Hoth. The vessel plunged from orbit onto Hoth's icy surface.[2]

Despite the long fall, the ship's hull remained intact and the White Maw pirate group later turned the derelict into a fortress, reactivating the ship's power systems and defensive shields.[2]

The ship was later encountered by adventurers traversing the Hoth ice plains.[3]

Around 3623 BBY,[4] the Alliance Commander and Rass Ordo went to the ship to search the whereabouts of Greb Besrik, a slicer who worked for Shae Vizla's mercenary team.[5]
