Star Wars Adventures was a series of digest-sized comics for all ages, similar in format to Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures graphic novels. It began in 2009 with a story featuring Han Solo and Chewbacca written by Jeremy Barlow, and it finished in 2011 with a story featuring Chewbacca during his youth on Kashyyyk written by Christopher Cerasi.

Continuity
Each book in the series features a symbol on the spine to indicate the era in which the story takes place. The first four volumes all bear the "Rise of the Empire era" symbol. However, this is only accurate for volume one—volumes two, three, and four all take place in the "Rebellion era."
