The Squill Sanctuary was an area in the desert of Tatooine where a large population of mountain squills lived. During the Galactic Civil War, Porcellus sent a spacer to this location to kill several mountain squills and bring him their livers to cook squill liver salad for Jabba the Hutt.[1]

The Squill Sanctuary was a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[2] The Squill Sanctuary was added to the game as part of the revamped "Jabba's Theme Park,"[1] released with the "Publish 25," a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.[3]
