Squadron C-3 was a squadron of TIE interceptors that fought for the Galactic Empire under Grand Admiral Thrawn at the Raid on Sarka. During the battle, the squadron attacked a New Republic frigate that was armed with a cluster trap. Thrawn recognized the weapon and ordered the squadron to move away from the figate before the trap detonated, saving all but one of the interceptors.[1]
