Spice mine K76 was a mining facility in the spice mines of the planet Kessel. The Galactic Empire brought Wookiee prisoners to mine K76 to harvest spice, but the Wookiees were rescued by the rebel crew of the Ghost.[1]

In The Rebellion Begins, the mine is instead identified as "spice mine K-seventy-seven."[2] The name was repeated in the Star Wars Rebels Annual 2016 short story "The Escape," where the mine was referred to as "spice mine K-77."[3]
