"An evil looking place. Skulls of past victories litter this site, casting a haunting aura and providing a perfect place for the Korga to mingle. On Endor, I find myself crawling to the top of rocky hills just to see what might be beyond the ridge. Imagine my surprise when, on reaching the top of a particularly treacherous hill of loose rock, I am immediately attacked by Korga."
―Excerpt from Tinrilo x'Rilsam's log[2]

A Solitary Hutt was located in the Desert of Salma on the Forest moon of Endor. It was inhabited by the Dulok of the Korga tribe during the Galactic Civil War.[1] By the time of the Battle of Yavin, the explorer Tinrilo x'Rilsam discovered the hutt while exploring Endor. However, the explorer was immediately attacked by the Duloks and was forced to run for his life.[2]

Behind the scenes

The Solitary Hutt was a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[3] The Solitary Hutt was one of many unmarked points of interests on the moon Endor.[1] Following the release of the Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed expansion pack in 2004, rare data storage unit devices could sometimes be looted during space battles. One such data storage item, named "an Explorer's Log (7/8)," contained a detailed backstory for the Solitary Hutt.[2]
