Slygels were a type of soft-bodied invertebrate that resided in the orbit of the moon Toshara. They possessed gelatinous skin and fed on energy, such as that from starships and the energy cells of satellites. When slygels perished, they vaporized into a surge of bubbles and then faded.[1]
