Tof Soren Hideout Pistol, a type of sleeve gun.
A sleeve gun was a small, short-range blaster or slugthrower that was concealed up a being's sleeve for surprise. Often they were mounted in special spring-loaded rigs that could thrust the gun into a waiting hand ready to fire.
