Slar-dan ti Gardi was a Twi'lek slaver from Ryloth.
History
Gardi was a slaver who worked in the Ison Corridor. He managed to stay out of trouble by bribing the local officials. After the New Republic took over law enforcement after the Battle of Endor, Gardi was imprisoned for attempting to bribe Dasha Fanron. After escaping custody, he fled to Imperial space and partnered with Borun Call to continue trading slaves.[1]
He once captured Krotorra and Lamorrack, two Wookiee representatives of the New Republic and sold them to the Vax Mining Group. He was then able to capture New Republic Special Forces sergeant Tauran Nartal on Werncin 3, who had come looking for the missing representatives, and subsequently sold him into slavery as well.[1]
