At some point between 32 BBY and 19 BBY, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine sent Rorworr, Vor'en Kurn, Deel Surool, and Sia-Lan Wezz to investigate rumors of a Sith temple on the small, snow-covered planet of Puloorn. Although surveys showed no signs of habitation, the team found the Sith temple ruins, possibly inhabited by Dark side beasts or cultists, and reported the findings to Palpatine and the Jedi Council.
