The "Sith Witch of Mustafar" was said to be a Sith witch who resided on Mustafar. According to the Legend of the Sith Witch, she was a troublesome entity who spread fear. Her arrival was foretold by an angry wail, the woods shaking, and a light filling the swale. Darth Vader told his master Darth Sidious about the legend, who dismissed these signs. After mistaking a lava flea, group of stormtroopers, and R2-D2 for the witch, the three were convinced that she arrived after witnessing a bright light.[1]
