Sim tanks were a type of flight simulator, twelve of which were present on the Alliance to Restore the Republic MC80 Star Cruiser Home One in the aftermath of the Battle of Hoth. Wedge Antilles's newly formed squadron used the sim tanks to train before their first mission.[1]
