The signature modulator was a stealth technology used during the Age of the Empire that allowed starships to mask their signature. During a job run with the smuggler Lando Calrissian, the crew of the Ghost used a modulator to evade the Imperial Navy by disguising their ship as the Tontine.[1] Senator Mon Mothma's Taylander shuttle, the Chandrila Mistress, was also equipped with a signature modulator.[2]
