The signal monitoring center was a Rakata structure located in the Ancient Stasis Zone in the the Tomb, an ancient prison on the planet Belsavis. During the invasion of Belsavis, the Sith Empire took over the monitoring center as one of their forward bases deep in the Tomb, though it was manned only by droids.[1]
