A human male was the father of the Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas. He lived on the planet Minashee. When their son was found to be Force-sensitive, they gave him to the Jedi Order to be trained as a Jedi. When the Jedi Initiate, Dooku sent a holocomm to his sister Jenza, he mentioned that Sifo-Dyas' father worked as a fisherman.^[1]
