Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A bunker on the planet Talus was used as a hideout for the Sif faction, a mercenary group under the command of Human female Erran Sif, during the Galactic Civil War.[1]

History

"The traitor Erran Sif is leading a small group of warriors on Talus. She betrayed the Empire in the past and is considered an enemy, so don't expect a friendly reception. I hear she's also no friend to the Rebel Alliance for whatever that's worth."

After the Battle of Yavin, the former Imperial spy Erran Sif was wanted by both the Empire and the Rebel Alliance for selling information to the Hutts. She had thus fled from Corellia to Talus, where she assembled a band of mercenaries.[3] Erran Sif eventually established her mercenary group, including two brothers Hirsch and Doak Sif, in the bunker.[1]

In 1 ABY,[4] Imperial Lieutenant Velso dispatched a spacer to the Sif bunker in order to retrieve the ship destruct sequence codes of a Rebel Corellian Corvette in which Erran Sif served during her time among the Rebels.[2]

The same year, a spacer infiltrated the bunker and stole a lance.[5]

Furthermore, in the game Ruwan Tokai references the destruction of the Death Star as having occurred one year earlier, and Strongholds of Resistance also places the events of Galaxies' Chapter 9: "The Fury of Exar Kun" in 1 ABY. Lastly, while Chapter 11: "The Battle of Echo Base" features the Battle of Hoth—dated to 3 ABY by The New Essential Chronology—the developers have stated that the portrayal of that battle in the game is intentionally anachronistic. Therefore, the events of Star Wars Galaxies must span from 0 ABY to around 1 ABY.
